My second time visiting, alot comes with this hotel. A full breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu. Also has a reasonable full bar. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Never tried the pool but it looks nice and consistently see people having fun in it. What more could you ask for!?!
Staff was amazing, room was clean and comfortable, food is reasonably priced. I don’t know why there are bad reviews? The only thing I could say was wrong was that the bathtub could use a good scrubbing but everything else was lovely.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Fort Myers! The entire place was spotless and very well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
The room was clean and comfortable, but the sheets and towels had a burnt dryer smell. Staff was very accommodating, offered to change them, and had excellent customer service. Great value and location.
I’m leaving this reviews mid-stay, I haven’t checked out yet but I’m very satisfied with the level of service with my stay so far. From checking in, breakfast, lounge area, to waiting in the lobby for my food delivery, everyone here is professional, super nice and very helpful. Walking through the lobby with my take out food, I was asked by a lovely lady, Mia if I needed any utensil or napkins. They truly make you feel welcomed. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, but the service was excellent! This kind lady made sure everyone was happy and had everything they needed. I highly recommend staying here. Rooms are clean, comfortable bed and most important for me, cool AC! :)
My church group of 41 stayed at this hotel for 4 days in January while we visited Fort Myers for a fun vacation. It was spotless, the buffet breakfast and the beds were wonderful. I don't think I've ever slept between such white and soft sheets as those in our room. The last morning we were there I lost my phone. Ms. Stockford, the Director of Sales helped my friend and I look for it and assured me when we had to leave that if they found it, they would mail it to me. Shortly after we left she called my friend and said they had found it and she was bringing it to me where we had stopped. I told her she didn't have to do that and she said not to worry, that it wasn't far. There aren't many companies that would do that and I was so thankful. I will be staying only there next time I visit Fort Myers.

Convenient, classy and clean! Friendly front desk staff. Room was priced well. Plenty of free parking. Hot tub was hot. On site restaurant had good service and delicious food.
